Gerry (Gerhard) Mielke (B.Math, B.Ed, MTS, Ph.D) taught mathematics for over thirty years. Since retirement, he has photographed over 600 species of birds, studied theology and is active in teaching church history and biblical studies. He has two daughters and has been happily married for over forty years.
